CANPET, QUALITY ASSURANCES

Our Quality Assurance department is responsible for maintaining the high quality of Can Pet. Customer satisfaction is the top priority in this department. QA focuses on two points: customer focus and continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance department is at the forefront of the process. It is important today to approach process control from a risk-based perspective. In this way, Can Pet creates extra customer value.

To measure is to know

The Quality Control department controls our measurement process. They make continuous measurements to check whether our PET bottles and containers comply with the agreements made with the customer. We use measurement data as input for our improvement process. Improvement teams take all necessary actions to improve our processes through methods such as SPC, variation analysis, quality measurements, database analysis, statistics, interviews with operators and technicians.



ISO Certificates

Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified. In addition, Can Pet is dedicated to producing the safest packaging for you. When it comes to packaging for the food industry, there are strict hygiene standards. The basis of our food safety policy is the Packaging Materials standard. It aims to maximize food safety and protect consumer health at the optimum level. This is why Can Pet has prepared clear hygiene regulations, operating instructions and registration systems.
